Ingredients:
2 c. graham cracker crumb
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
8 oz. Soft cream cheese
2 c. confectioner's sugar
salt
4 bananas
1 can pineapple (20 oz), well drained
1 (8 ounce) bowl of cold non-dairy whipping cream
1/3 c. pecans
1 jar (10 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and garnished dried with a paper
Methods :
Melt ½ c butter (one stick) and mix in the graham crackers with a fork until equally moistened. Pressure bottom of a 9" x 13" skillet.
Using an electric mixer, mix the remaining ½ cup (one piece) of butter with the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and salt. Beat 3 to 4 min until fluffy. Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crumbs.
Slice bananas and organize evenly on cream cheese mixture; Top with crushed pineapple. Spread the cold mixture over the pineapple; Sprinkle the chopped pecans and place the cherries on top.
Covering and refrigerate at least 2 to 3 h .
