Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
how to make it :
Mixing all ingredients by hand.
Form meatballs size of a golf ball.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
