°1 tablespoon vegetable oil
°1 yellow onion, cut to cubes
°1 green pepper, cut into cubes
°1 pound minced meat
°3/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
°1 cube beef broth
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon black pepper
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 tsp cornstarch
°4 ounces grated provolone cheese

In skillet, heat the oil on high heat.
Sauté onions & peppers to soft. Reduce the stove to medium heat.
Add minced meat and brown until the pink color disappears; Drain the excess grease.
In a small bowl, combine beef broth, stock, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire and cornstarch.
Pour the mixture into the meat mixture and stir. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
Stir the cheese with the meat mixture and serve on the prepared bread.
