°Salt and pepper to taste
°More ingredients to try in a foil packet (optional, depending on your taste)
°Italian sausage
°Chicken (cut into small pieces)
°Pepper
°mushroom
°red onion
°celery
°Carrots
*Methods
Heat the grill to 400 degrees. You can do this in your oven at same temperature. Bring all components to your work area.
Evenly distribute the corn, potatoes, shrimp, and sausage among 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12 by 18 inches each). Drizzle the melted butter and about 2 chicken broth over each bag of chips. Seasoning equally &, to taste, with Cajun season, salt, / pepper.
Close the foil packets tightly by folding the sides over the contents and folding the ends tightly over the seam.
Roast for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are soft, turning once halfway
Feet it right away. (beware of hot steam)
Notes
Some people find that their potatoes are not cooked. Some of our readers recommended boiling potatoes or placing them in the microwave for a minute or two before adding them to packages. We didn't have a problem with the potatoes ripening, but this is definitely an option for those of you who care. Another option is to cut the potatoes into a smaller size so that they cook faster.
Enjoy !
