*Ingredients
°2 lb russet potatoes
°1 yellow onion
°1/4 c olive oil
°1/2 t each, salt and pepper (to taste)
°1/2 t garlic powder
°1/2 t smoke paprika
* Methods
Grate yellow or white onion and wash & cutting potatoes to cubes.
Heat cooking oil in fry pan, skillet or cast iron skillet on heat.
Adding grated onions, cubed potatoes & seasoning (salt, pepper, smoke paprika & garlic powder - unless you want to use garlic, reserved minced garlic for cooking time at discovered).
Mixing ingredients then spreading them in an even layer on bottom of your pan. Covering with an airtight lid also cooking for 10 min.
After 10 min of cooking, covered, uncovering also stir in potatoes and onions Leaving uncovered to finished for 5-10 minutes
Removing from heat when potatoes are cook also serving directly.
