PHILLY CHEESESTEAK STUFFED PEPPERS



*ingredients

°3 sweet peppers
°1 pound beef (ground)
°8 oz. sliced ​​mushroom
°1 onion (chopped)
°2 tbsp. ketchup
°1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
°1 c beef broth
°8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 
°Salt / pepper to taste

*Methods:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the heads of peppers into strips and chop them.
Put the minced meat and onions in a skillet over medium heat. Fry it until the beef is tender and the onions are soft.
Stir in chopped mushrooms.
Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer over low heat until the liquid is almost completely absorbed. Stuffing peppers with meat mixture.
Sprinkling cheese. Place a piece of tin foil over a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
