Buttermilk Fried Chicken



*Ingredients

°wet dough
°2 cups hot sauce
°1 cup buttermilk
°2 eggs
°4 pounds of chicken
°1 tbsp Lawry's Seasonal Salt
Mix all the ingredients and let marinate overnight or about 3 hours.
Dry dough
°3 cups flour
°1 and 1/2 tablespoon of paprika
°1 tbsp garlic powder
°1 tbsp cajun season. (not spicy)
°2 tbsp Italian season

Mix all the ingredients with the flour in a large bowl

* Methods : 

Heat the oil to 400 degrees, take the chicken out of the wet batter drainer and shake it into the flour batter. Then fry it at 350 degrees for 16 minutes 8 minutes on one side 8 on the other.
