*Ingredients :
°3-four russet potatoes, reduce to wedges
°four t of olive oil
°2 t of salt
°2 t garlic powder
°2 teaspoons Italian seasoning°
°½ cup parmesan
*Directions :
Preheat oven 375. Lightly greased massive baking sheet and set aside.
Place the potato wedges in a massive bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat well. In bowl, whisk collectively the salt, garlic and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded cheese, toss to coat, then sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Place the potato wedges at the organized baking sheet in a unmarried layer with the skin aspect down. Bake for 25 to 35 mins till the potatoes are smooth and golden. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and dressing for dipping.
