MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN


*Ingredients

° 1 c Parmesan cheese 

° 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, without excess fat

° 1 teaspoon garlic powder

° 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)

° 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

° 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

*Directions

Cutting every chicken breast to 3 large pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add the curd.
Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 20 to 30 minutes overnight. This will help tenderize the chicken.
Preparing oven & heat it to 190°C or 375°F.
Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, seasoning, and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Organize chicken pieces in  9" x 13" baking dish.
Add the cheese mixture over the chicken pieces and distribute it evenly.
Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top.
Place a baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Roast chicken for another 2 minutes, or until crispier.
Take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm with vegetables on the side.
