Hawaiian pineapple cake


* Ingredients : 

°2 c flour
°2 c sugar
°2 egg
°1 tsp baking soda
°1 tsp vanilla
°pinch salt
°1 - 20 ounces crush pineapple in its own juice 
°1 c nut, optional
°Oven to 350 degrees F.
+cream cheese frost
°1/2 c butter or 1 stick
°1-8 oz soft cream cheese
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 1/2 c confectioners sugar
°Coconut for decorate - optional

Blend all cake ingredients in bowl.
Pour to  grease 9" * 13" skillet also baking at 350 for 36-40 min 
Frost:
Beating butter, cream cheese, also vanilla to creamy.
Gradually mix the powdered sugar.
Decorate cake with cream cheese while it is stilling warm.
Sprinkling with chop nuts if desired.
