Fried Chicken Recipe

*Ingredients:

°three-four chicken breasts approximately 1 pound, sliced (I get approximately three from one breast)
°four-five tablespoons melted butter
°3/4 cup flour
°half of cup panko breadcrumbs
°half of teaspoon salt
°1 tablespoon of seasoning salt I'm the usage of Lawry's
°half of teaspoon pepper
°2 teaspoons paprika

*Methods

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place a big piece of parchment paper on a rimmed baking tray (10x15x1″) and grease it with butter (there might be a bit greater butter, however you want it to peel off the outer layer!  )

*Note: If you're working with clean chicken breasts, you'll want to soak them for 15-half-hour in milk or buttermilk earlier than greasing them. This will assist the paint stick. I use frozen, thawed chicken breasts so they may be very wet at the outside.

Optional: For greater crunch, make a double layer--definitely dip the blanketed hen in a bit extra buttermilk, and cowl once more withinside the flour combination. You will want a further paint combination for this step

Place the chicken at the organized baking tray, leaving space among every slice. Bake for 10 mins, flipping lightly with tongs, and bake for some other 10 mins.

Be sure to test to ensure the chicken is executed (165°F), as thickness can substantially have an effect on baking time. You need it to be executed however with out over drying. Bake for some other four-five mins if necessary.

Remove it to a plate covered with a paper towel to soak up any extra fat. Feet it right away. To hold warm till serving, place on a wire rack on a baking tray in a 225°F oven.
