Crab & Cream Cheese Snacks



Original and so tasty, these mini-tacos !


* Ingredients :

° 12 sheets of wonton dough, thawed
For the stuffing:
° 125 g cream cheese, softened
° 100 g (180 ml) crab meat, drained and pressed
° 100 g (160 ml) Nordic shrimp
° 80 ml (1/3 cup) grated cheddar cheese
° 80 ml (1/3 cup) diced red pepper
° 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Chopped fresh chives

* Preperation :

Preheat oven 190 ° C (375 ° F).
In bowl, mixing stuff ingredients.
On the work surface, place six sheets of wonton dough. Using a spoon, distribute half of the stuffing in the center of the leaves. Form mini-tacos by bringing two tips of each leaf upwards. Place on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the leaves.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
