* Ingredients :
° 1 lb hamburger
° 1 piece of onion
° 1 piece Green pepper
° 1/8 c. at t. salt and pepper
° 2 tbsp. to s. butter
° 1/4 tsp. at t. no
° 2 cans CAMPBELL®️ Tomato Condense Soup
° 8 bacon pieces, cooked
° 2 cups old cheddar
° 4 pieces of bread, passed through a food processor to make breadcrumbs
° ° 1/3 cup butter, melted
° 380 grams egg noodles
* Preperation :
In skillet, saute beef & onion in 2 tbsp. to s butter & seasoning with 2 tbsp. to s. salt & pepper, to beef becomes light brow Crumble beef constantly with fork. Drain meat when cook & returning it to pan.Add the two cans of tomato puree, green pepper and sugar to the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
In pot, cooking noodles. Drain.In saucepan, place burger mixture and pour in 2 cups of cheddar cheese // the chopped bacon.Add the noodles to the pot and combine the burger and cheddar mixture.Top with fresh breadcrumbs and pour in 1/3 cup melted butter.
Bake in about saucepan, covered, at 175 ° C (350 ° F) for 45 minutes. Removing lid during last 15 min cooking.
