Baked grilled cheese? My favorite part of the grilled cheese is the crunchy portions you still get on the top but the bottom feels like the texture of French toast (while this isn't sweet at all) it was a huge hit in our house! Feel free to use the types of cheese you like
* Ingredients :
° 8 slices of bread - we used italian
° 4 slices manchego
° 4 Monterey Jack
° 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
° 1 3/4 milk
° 2 eggs
° 6 slices of bacon
° 1/2 stick butter

Butter casserole. Add the first layer of bread, a slice of manchego to each slice, 1/4 slice of bacon, a slice of Monterey Jack, then the next slice of bread (composition of 4 sandwiches). Add your eggs to the milk, season with S&P, beat it up and pour it over the bread. Cover with mozzarella cheese, a piece of butter and bake for 350 for 30-35 minutes and a few minutes of grilling.
