*Ingredients:
°2 tablespoons of butter
°2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
°1 1/2 cups hot milk
° jar (8 ounces) beef jerky
°1 pinch of cayenne pepper
*Directions:
In saucepan over low heat, melting butter. Whisk in the flour all at once to form a roux.
Stir in the milk, a little at a time, increase the heat to medium-high and cook, stirring, until thickened.
Bring to a boil, stir in beef and cayenne pepper, reheat and serve on toast.
