Baked Cheese and Croissant Danish



*Ingredients :


°1-8oz. Philly Cream Cheese Wrapper (Soft)

° 2 TB butter (fully dissolved)

°1 teaspoon of lemon juice

°1/4 cup light brown sugar

°1/2 cup plain white sugar

°1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

+Coating:

°1/2 cup powdered sugar

°1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

°4 teaspoons of milk



*Methods



Heat over 350F.

In a medium sized bowl, use a mixer to mix the soft cream cheese, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract and white sugar until well blended.

Open the tubes of the ascending rollers but do not dismantle them

Use a sharp knife to chop them - chop them. Make thick slices.

Place each slice on a paper-lined cookie sheet.

Use your fingers or a small measuring c to create a wall around the edge (to hold the infill).

Using the brush, take the melted butter and add 1/4 cup light brown sugar and mix

Brush mixture over each danish

Doll up filling amounts in both danish

Bake at 350 for 16-18 mins

Let cool and add glass spray.

In a small bowl, combine all 3 ingredients and stir until smooth, then sprinkle over each hot danish.

Garnish with the cherry, berry, or strawberry topping!
