* Ingredients :
°1 1/4 c water
°1/2 c sugar
°1 package (85 grams) Strawberry Jell-O
°3 tbsp. cornstarch
°3 tbsp. water
°Strawberries to taste
°1 baked pie crust for a 9-inch pan
In a saucepan, boil the water and sugar. Add the jello powder and dissolve well. Bring back to boil and thick with cornstarch diluted in water. With a whisk, mix well until thickened. Let cool.
In the baked pie crust, place the fresh strawberries and add the sauce.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve with whipped cream for an even more gourmet touch ;)
