Old Bay Crab Cakes



*Ingredients:

°2 tranches dry bread
°1 tbsp. Milk
°1 tablespoon mayonnaise
°1 t Worcestershire sauce
°1 t parsley flakes
°1 t baking powder
°1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
°1/4 tsp salt
°1 egg, beaten
°1 pound crabmeat in pieces
°vegetable oil

*Directions:

In  bowl, break bread to small pieces. Moist with milk.
Adding mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, baking powder, Old Bay, salt, egg also crabmeat. Mixing and form 4 patties. Refrigerate patties for 30 min to help them hold while cooking. Filling your skillet with for 1/4 vegetable oil. Over medium-high heat, fry until golden brown on both sides. I usually flip every 1 minute to avoid over fry.
