Custard Pie




*Ingredients

•1 un-bake pie shell (I use Marie Callendar’s deep dish)
•3 eggs
•½ cup sugar
•½ tsp salt
•½ tsp nutmeg
•2-2/3 c milk
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract

*How to prepare :

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Beating your eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg, also milk. Beating well and poor into the unbaked pie shell. Baking for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkling the top of pie with fresh ground nutmeg and serve.
