*Ingredients
°1 L pure strawberries making 2 c puree
°2 packages of softened cream cheese
°2/3 cup sugar
°¾ cup sour cream
°1 cup whipped cream
°1 C. vanilla
*INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 4x6 loaf pan with foil and set aside.
In bowl, beating cream cheese with sugar also sour cream to mixed.
Fold in strawberry purée & whip cream.
Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Taking out 21 min before serve . Unmold with aluminum foil, cutting to tranches & serving
