Rotisserie-Chicken with Stuffing-Casserole


*Ingredients:

°1 pack Stove Top Stuffing Blend (
°1 cooked and shredded chicken
°1 ½ c water or chicken broth
°¼ c butter
°3 celery stalks
°1 onion
°1 can cream chicken
°½ can of cream of mushroom soup
°8 ounces of sour cream
°Salt and pepper to taste

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven to 350*, lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
Bring water (or chicken broth) to boil in  saucepan. Add the stuffing mix once the liquid boils.
SECOND STEP:
Remove the pan from the heat, cover and set aside. Stir with a fork when done.
In a frying pan, heat the butter and add the onion and celery, cook until softened
THIRD STEP:
Combine soups and sour cream in a bowl
Place the shredded chicken in the bottom of the baking dish, layer the onions and celery over the meat.
FOURTH STEP:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Top the onion and celery with the soup mix
FIFTH STEP:
Garnish with the stuffing mix
Bake for 1 hour, until bubbly and golden brown.
