*Ingredients
°2 apples
°1 tsp dried cranberries
°1 puff pastry
°40g icing sugar
°1/2 tsp cinnamon
°1 egg yolk
1. Peel the apples, remove the core then cut them into small cubes. Cook them with the sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan over low heat.
2. When soft, add the cranberries. Pour 10 cl of water and let stew for ten minutes. Add water if necessary. Let cool.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). In the puff pastry cut 4 circles using a bowl. Fill them halfway with the compote, 1 cm from the edge. Fold over the unfilled part and seal the edges well, pressing firmly.
4. Using a brush, brush the turnovers with egg yolk dissolved in a little water. Bake and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
