Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge 😍

*Ingredients

°2 cups white sugar
°1/2 cup cocoa
°1 cup milk
°4 tablespoons of butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

*How to do it :

Grease an 8×8 inch square pan. Put apart.
Blending sugar, cocoa and milk in  saucepan. Stir to combine, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and let simmer. Don't stir anymore.
Place the candy thermometer in the skillet and cook until the temperature reaches 238 degrees F (114 degrees C). If you're not using a thermometer, cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Touch the ball with your fingers to make sure it has the right consistency. It should flatten out when pressed between your fingers.
Remove from fire. Adding butter or margarine also vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its shine. Don't underbeat.
Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut about 60 squares.

Enjoy !
