MEXICAN CASSEROLE



*Ingredients:

°1 pound lean beef
°1 can of ranch beans
°1 bag 10-12 oz. tortilla chips, beaten (I failed to use the entire bag)
°1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
°1 onion
°2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
°1 taco season
°1 can cream chicken
°1/2 c of water
 °cream and salsa for serving

*How to do it

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a massive skillet, brown the beef and drain the fat. Stir in beans, tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning, soup and water. Simmer on medium-low warmness till blended also heated through.
