*Ingredients:
° 2 c of your favourite barbecue sauce
° 2 t brown sugar
° 3 minced garlic cloves
° 2 t Worcestershire sauce
° 1 t cayenne pepper, optional
° 4 to 5 pound of ribs
* Methods
FIRST STEP:
In a zipper bag pour the barbecue sauce
Adding brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce also cayenne pepper if desire
SECOND STEP:
Close bag with a zipper & using your hands to kneading bag, mixing sauce ingredients well.
Open the bag and stick the ribs inside
THIRD STEP:
Close the bag and shake the bag to evenly coat the ribs
Spray the inside of the slow cooker
FOURTH STEP:
Open the bag and place the ribs in the slow cooker
Pour ¾ of the sauce from the bag into the slow cooker, making sure to cover the ribs with the sauce.
FIFTH STEP:
Cook on high for 4-5 hours to loosen the meat from the bone, on low for 9 hours to loosen the bone.
If you prefer meat that's super soft, but stays on the bone, cook on low for 7 hours to break down the meat from the bone.
STEP SIX:
Have some of the sauce available on the table, then each person can choose whether they want more or not.
