*LowCarb Cheesey Stuffed Pepper*



*Ingredients:


°6-8 green, orange or yellow peppers

°1-2 pounds of ground beef

°1 white onion

°1 large can of tomatoes, cut into cubes

°2 pieces garlic, minced

°1 cup cheddar cheese

°Salt and pepper to taste


*Preparation 


Heat oven to 350 degrees F .

Cut off the heads of the peppers and remove all the seeds and white stuff.

Simmer the peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes

Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic and tomato cubes and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in minced meat.

Cook the meat until the pink color fades.

Stuff the mixture into the hollowed pepper. Put the stuffed peppers on the baking tray
