*Funnel-Cake*


*Ingredients:

°1 egg
°180 ml milk
°2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
°1 1/8 cup flour
°1/8 cup sugar
°Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
°pinch of salt
°sugar for decoration
°frying oil

*Preparation :

Mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Stirring with a fork to incorporate dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract and sunflower oil.
Keep whisk until mixture is well mixed and free lumps.
Put the cream into the piping bag.
In a fry pan, heat a oil, it is recommended not to adding too much, because strips of dough should lie on the bottom of pan.
Using the piping bag, make a kind of mesh, let the dough fall and move the bag.
Fry on the stovetop, not too high, making sure to brown on both sides for several minutes.
When it is ready, take it out and leave it on a plate with absorbent paper. To serve, sprinkle powdered sugar first.
Baking in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 min.
