*Ingredients:
° 1 red bell pepper, sliced
° 1 green bell pepper, sliced
° 1 white onion, sliced
° 1 can diced tomatoes
° 2 pounds sirloin steakk
° 2 t minced garlic
° 2 t of olive oil
° ⅔ c water
° 1 beef cube
° 3 t of soy sauce
° 1 t cornstarch
° 1 t brown sugar
° Salt / pepper to taste
* Methods
FIRST STEP:
Heat olive oil in pan
Adding steak to skillet and sauté to browned on every side
SECOND STEP:
Dissolved broth in hot water & pour to slow cooker
Whisking cornstarch to broth and water
THIRD STEP:
Adding Worcestershire, soy sauce & brown sugar to slow cooker
Add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper
FOURTH STEP:
Stir in beef and onions
Cooking on low heat for 6 to 7 h or on high heat for 3 h
FIFTH STEP:
Adding peppers and cooking for an add hour
Garnished with green onion
Serving with rice on side also dinner salad
