*CrockPot-Breakfast-Casserole *


*Ingredients:

°1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
°12 egg
°1 c milk
°1 t ground mustard
°1 16 oz. sausage roll
°maple, sage or regular sausage.
°Salt & pepper
°16 oz. bag cheddar cheese

*Methods:

Spraying slow cooker and equally distribute hash browns on bottom.
Crack 12 eggs into a large bowl.
Mixing well with a whisk.
Adding milk.
Go ahead & sprinkling with ground mustard. It may seem like a weird ingredient, but I've come to love it (and use it) in most of my recipes.
Add lots of salt...
...and lots of fresh pepper. Mix well and set aside. 
Cooking sausage over high heat, drain also set apart.
Adding sausage to hash browns.

Mixing well.
Pour egg mixture on everything in slow cooker. Use wooden spoon, level all so that it is distributed.
Turning slow cooker on low for 6-8 h.
