*Ingredients:
°4 c cold potatoes
°5 tranches bacon
°1/2 t onion powder
°1/2 t of salt
°1/2 teaspoon black pepper
°2 eggs well beaten
°1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
*Directions:
Placing bacon in a large, deep skillet, cooking on medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until equally browned also crispy, for 10 minutes.
Removing bacon slices, crumble also set apart. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
Mixing mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt also black pepper in bowl;
stirring in crumble bacon & Cheddar cheese.
Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat bacon greased on heat, sauté patties in greased to crisp on every side, for 4 min per side
