*Ingredients:
°3 c flour
°1 tbsp. baking powder
°1 tsp. salt
°1/4 tsp. pepper
°1/8 tsp. black pepper
°4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
°1 1/4 cup milk
°3/4 cup sour cream
°3 tbsp. melted butter
°1 lightly beaten egg
*Directions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greased 9×5 loaf pan with oil.
In bowl, whisking first five ingredient. Carefully turn the cheese cubes over so that they are coated with the flour mixture. This will help prevent the cheese from sinking to the bottom of the loaf of bread.
In different bowl, whisking rest of ingredients. Combine wet mix to flour & cheese mixture, stir until combined, not stir frequently. Spread the mixture on the loaf pan.
Baking for 45-50 minutes. Letting it cool for 10 min and then removing it from pan. Leave to cool for an hour before slice and serve.
