*Ingredients:
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 small onion chopped
°2 chicken breasts reduce into small cubes
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a teaspoon of black pepper
°four cloves garlic minced
°Half a cup of un-cooked rice
°10 oz cream chicken soup )
°three cups low-sodium chicken broth
°2 cups broccoli florets
°1 cup cheddar cheese
°1 tablespoon minced clean parsley
*Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Adding chop onions & chicken cubes. Cook over medium warmth for a couple of minutes till the chicken starts to brown slightly. Adding salt & pepper to taste. Add garlic and cook for some other 30 seconds till garlic is soft.
Add rice, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Start with 2 cups of chicken broth and in case you want greater upload greater till the rice is absolutely cooked. Bring to a boil, lessen warmth, cover, and prepare dinner dinner over medium warmth till rice is absolutely cooked, stirring occasionally, which have to take approximately 15 mins or so. Taste for seasoning and regulate as necessary.
Add the broccoli florets and 1/2 of of the cheese and keep cooking for some other 2 mins, till the broccoli has softened slightly. Sprinkle the last cheese over it and place the pan below the grill for an extra 2 mins, till it melts and begins to brown slightly. Garnish with clean parsley and serve.
