Hamburger-Steak


*Ingredients

* 2 eggs
* 1 can of Cream of Onion Soup
* 1 can of water
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* Half an onion, chopped
* 1 tablespoon powdered beef broth
* 2 lbs of lean ground beef
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* ½ tsp Italian season
* 2 slices of bread, finely chopped

*Methods:

The first step:
In a bowl scramble eggs
Mix broth powder, onion, salt and pepper
The second step:
Soak the bread in the liquid
Add the meat to the bowl, and knead the mixture with your hands until well combined
Third step:
Shape meat mix into 8 equal-sized pattie
Put the pancakes in a frying pan and cook for 4 minutes per side
The fourth step:
Take it out of the pan and set it aside for a few minutes
In the same pan, add the soup mix, water and Worcestershire sauce and mix well
Fifth step:
Put the pancakes back into the pan, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes
Remove from heat and leave for 5 minutes. Serve with broth over the top of the steak.
