*Ingredients
° 2 cups of water
° 2 cups uncooked rice
° 1-10 ounces cream chicken soup
° 1-10 oz of cream mushroom soup
° 2 c shredded cooked chicken
° Half a c of butter
° 1 c milk
° 1 white onion
° 16 ounces of broccoli chunks
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook the rice as instructed
The second step:
In 9 * 13 baking tray, putting rice also chicken, adding soup, butter, broccoli & onions. Stirring with a c of cheese
Bake for 30 to 35 min
Third step:
During last few min, sprinkling rest of the cheese on top & let it melt.
Taking it out of oven & leave it for 5 min.
The fourth step:
Served with dinner salad or breadsticks.
