*Ingredients
° 1 pound of cooked beef
° 1 half of cups mushrooms
° 1 onion, chopped
° ½ cup low-sodium beef broth
° Half a cup of flour
° Half a tsp of garlic powder
° Half a tsp pepper
° Half a tsp of paprika
° Half a tsp of salt
° 2 tsp butter
° 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
° three sprigs sparkling thyme
+ Sauce:
° Half a cup of bitter cream
° 1 jar of beef broth
° 2 teaspoons cornstarch
+ else:
° eight oz dry egg noodles
° 1 tablespoon parsley
*Directions
The first step:
Preheat oven to 300*
In a bowl, blend flour and spices
The 2d step:
Remove the fats from the beef portions and gently blend into the flour mixture
Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan
Third step:
Add the floured beef and fry till a crispy layer forms
In a 9×thirteen baking dish, upload the red meat, onion, mushrooms, thyme and meat broth
The fourth step:
Cover with tin foil and bake for two hours, till red meat is accomplished with a fork
Next, blend the bitter cream, broth, and cornstarch in a bowl and set aside
Fifth step:
Cook the noodles for two mins much less than the time cautioned at the package
Remove meat from oven and warmth to 350*
Sixth step:
Remove thyme sprigs from pan and upload egg noodles and stock mixture.
Bake for 15 mins, till warm and fluffy
