Sausage & Creamy Hashbrown Casserole


*ingredients:

° 2 cups of milk
° 8 eggs, scrambled
° 2 pounds spicy sausage
° 16 oz soft cream cheese.
° 32 oz  hash brown
° Half a tsp salt
° Half a tsp pepper
° Half a tsp garlic powder
° Half tsp onion powder
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

*Directions:

The first step:
1. Preheat the oven to 350*
2. Cook the sausage thoroughly, drain the fat
The second step:
1. Stirring cream cheese with sausage & set apart
2. Adding hash brown to pan and cook to it turns brown
Third step:
1. Greased bottom of the roasting pan 9 x 13 & placing brown hash equally on bottom
2. Topping with cream cheese & sausage mixture
The fourth step:
1. Sprinkling little cheese on top
2. Mix the milk, eggs and spices, then pour over the casserole
Fifth step:
Baking uncovered for 40 to 50 min.
