*Ingredients:
°2 (14 oz) cans sauerkraut, un-drained (or 1 (2 pound) bag))
°5 or 6 potatoes, peeled & cut to large pieces
°1 c water
°1 pound Polish sausage, cut into pieces (smoked sausage can be used) 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
°1 bay leaf
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
*Methods
Putting sauerkraut & potatoes in slow cooker, adding spices & water. Putting sausage on top. Cooking for 4 h on high or about 6 h on low or to potatoes are tender.
