Seafood Mac and Cheese



*Ingredients

            °8 ounces cooked shrimp
            °8 oz crab 
            °16 oz elbow macaroni
            °6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
            °½ chopped onion
            °2 teaspoons minced garlic
            °2 1/2 cups milk
            °Quarter cup of rusk
            °Half a cup of heavy cream
            °flour cup
            °Salt & pepper to taste
            °1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
            °⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
            °Half a teaspoon of paprika
            °1 c parmesan cheese
            ° 1 c cheese
            °2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese

* Directions:

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook pasta according to package directions, until done
The second step:
In a small bowl, put the panko breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter and mix well
Put the remaining butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onions and cook until the onions are soft
Third step:
Add garlic to the pan and saute for another 30 seconds
Add the flour and whisk until combined
The fourth step:
Using the whisk, slowly add the milk, heavy cream, and all the spices
Adding cheese to sauce and keep to beat until cheese is completely melted
Fifth step:
Stir selected seafood into the cheese mixture
Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked elbow macaroni and stir well
Sixth step:
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on it
Baking for 30 minutes
