Carrot Cake



*You will need

°1 cup (two hundred grams) granulated sugar
°1 cup (two hundred grams) brown sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°four big eggs
°three cups (three hundred grams) peeled, grated carrots (five to six medium carrots)
°1 cup (one hundred grams) coarsely chopped pecans
°half cup (sixty five grams) raisins
°for freezing cream
°225g cream cheese
°1 half cups (a hundred and forty grams) powdered sugar
°1/three cup (eighty ml) heavy whipping cream
°½ cup (50 grams) coarsely chopped pecans, to decorate the cake


* Methods :

Heat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease  9-inch spherical trays, line the lowest with parchment paper, and brush the pinnacle of the paper. Or grease the lowest and aspects of each pots with flour.
