BURRITO-CASSEROLE

 


*Ingredients:

°1 pound  beef
°1 small onion, chop
°1 pack of taco season
°1 can beans
°1 can cream mushroom soup
°1/2 c sour cream
°1 pack flour tortillas
°2 1/2 c Mexican blend cheese

*DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In  skillet, cooking ground beef & onion to beef is no longer pink & drain.
Adding taco season & refried beans also heat through.
In  bowl, blending mushroom soup with sour cream. Then spreading half of soup mixture in bottom of  baking dish.
Adding  layer of 3 flour tortillas to top of soup mixture. You will need to cut or tear tortillas & overlap them.
Spreading on a layer of ground beef mixture & top with about a c of cheese.
Repeat all of these layers & top with rest cheese.
Baking for about 20 min to cheese is nicely melt.
