It's no coincidence that beef taco beria is back. Rich in flavor and drizzled with sauce, who could resist?
* Ingredients
° 4 Old El Paso™️ regular wheat tortillas
° 400 grams of shredded beef
° 200 grams of minced meat
° 200 gm French cheese like Emmental
° Small bunch of parsley
° 1 can of mashed tomatoes
° 1 can of mashed tomatoes

° 1 onion
° 1 clove garlic
° 2 green peppers
° 8 plain wheat tortillas

* Preparation
Prepare the sauce
Cut the onion into quarters, peel the carrots and chop the onion cubes. In -saucepan, heat 2 tsp of olive oil. Add onions, carrots, garlic and ground beef. Cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is tender. Add tomato paste and can of peeled tomatoes. Add a little water and let the sauce simmer for 30 minutes. When they are cooked, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous preparation. Sift the mixture and set it aside for later.
Prepare vegetables
Cut the leeks into small pieces. Core and chop green pepper. Cutting parsley to small pieces & set apart .
Make Beria Taco
Coat each tortilla in the sauce for an inviting flavor and color. Fry each tortilla in a hot frying pan, adding a piece of butter. Once the tortillas are cooked, add the shredded beef, shallots, and chili if you like spicy dishes. Cover the tacos with shredded cheese and parsley, then close. Enjoy it while it's still hot after the cheese has melted.
