* Ingredients
° 6 eggs
° 125 g butter
° 300 g flour
° crushed sugar
* Steps :
In a bowl, break the eggs, beat them with a fork; add the softened butter cut into small pieces then the flour.
Mix well to obtain a paste consistent enough to spread.
Roll out the dough and cut it with a pastry wheel into large round cakes.
Bring water to a boil and immerse the carquelins in it.
As soon as they rise to the surface, drain them and place them on a floured baking sheet.
Sprinkle them with crushed sugar and put them in a low oven for a few minutes.
