CREAMY LEMON SQUARES



A layer of deliciously lemony cream on a shortbread base, these squares are a real killer.


* INGREDIENTS :

+FOR THE DOUGH:
° 4 tablespoons of butter, melted and cooled
° 1-1 / 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
° 1/4 cup sugar
+FOR FILLING
° 2 large egg yolks
° 1 can sweet-condensed milk
° 1/2 c freshly juice lemon (3 lemons)

* Methods  :

Preheat oven 350F / 180C.Brush square plate with melt butter.
Crush graham-crackers
Then adding sugar & butter also blend .
Press blend to bottom prepared pan.
Bake until lightly browned, 8 to 12 minutes.
Fresh crust, 30 minutes.
