Cheesy Beef & Hash-Brown-Casserole



Cool recipe, minced meat gives more flavor and taste to the dish. Just delicious.


* Ingredients :
 
° 1 kg of potatoes
° 300 g minced meat
° 1 onion
° 1 box of béchamel
° 3 teaspoons of olive oil
° 100 g of grated cheese
° salt
° pepper

* Preperation :

  Cut the potatoes into thin slices and cook for about 10 minutes in boiling water, drain and set aside.
  In a frying pan, heat the oil and brown the minced onion and the minced meat for 10 minutes, salt and pepper.
  Butter a baking dish and arrange the potato slices and minced meat.
  Sprinkle with béchamel, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  Cook for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
