Crack-cake recipe is simply & delicious. A yellow cake blend, baking to golden brown perfect , and top with luscious wine glaze.
Ingredients
+To prepare the cake:
° 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake blen
° ¼ c sugar-brown
° ¼ c sugar-white
° 1 vanilla pudding instant blend
° 2 tsp cinnamon
° 4 eggs
° ¾ c water
° ¾ c oil
° ½ c white wine (really any, but I always use go-to pinot grigio)
Any cake with my favorite ingredient, wine, suits me
for glass:
° 1 stick of butter
° 1 cup sugar
° Half a cup of white wine
* Directions :
Preheaat oven 350 degres.
Mix the above ingredients by hand or hand mixer.
Grease the panda pan well.Pour into skillet and bake for 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean.
While cake-comes out of oven...
Melt 1 stick of butter in 1 cup sugar and 1/cup wine.
Pour over hot cake. (I make holes in cake to aids it absorb)
Wonderful.
Fliip it out of pan upo plate and serve
