*Ingredients:
°1 c broccoli
°1 c penne pasta
°1 t of butter
°1 t olive oil
°1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
°4 minced garlic cloves
°1 cup 35% cream
°1 cup milk
°1 and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
°Salt & freshly ground pepper

*Instructions:
Season the breast and chicken with salt and pepper. Cooking broccoli in a double heater.
To put aside. Cooking pasta al dente and drain.
In a large saucepan, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat.
Brown the chicken breast for about 5 minutes on each side. Removing from heat and let cool.
Cut the chicken into small slices. Add the garlic to the same pan and cook with the chicken juice for about 31 seconds.
Remove from the heat and put in the same bowl as the broccoli. Join in creaming and scalding.
Add the cheese and mix until tender. Reduce heat to low and gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until creamy.
Add the pasta to the sauce, then the broccoli.
Seasoning with salt also pepper & finally adding chicken. Serve hot!
