Breakfast pizza sausage sauce


*Ingredients:

°2 packs of croissants
°1 package crumbled cooked sausage
°1 envelope of country sauce mix
°6 eggs
°2 tablespoons of milk
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1 tablespoon butter
°8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
°4 oz shredded Pepper Jack cheese

Preheat the oven to 375. Separate the crescent dough into 16 triangles and place them on an oiled circular pizza pan, with the dots toward the center.
Press into the bottom and sides of the pan to form a crust; sealing seams; Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, bring sauce according to package directions in a medium saucepan. Stir sausage crumbs into a thick sauce; Put aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
Add the egg mixture. Cook and stir until almost cooked. Spread the sausage sauce mixture over the crust. Garnished with eggs and cheese.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese has melted. Cut into quarters.
