Almond biscuits


Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
5 cups chocolate chips
2 cups sweetened coconut
2 cups chopped almonds

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F grease cookie sheets.
Mix dry ingredients, set apart
In bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beating eggs, one at a time, stir in the vanilla. Stirring in dry ingredients until well blended, then stir in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Cooking for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool
