*Ingredients
°2 cups of sugar
°1/2 cup of milk
°1 stick (8 tsp) unsalted butter
°1/4 c cocoa powder
°3 c rolled oats
°1 c peanut butter
°1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
°Big pinch of kosher salt
*Directions
Line baking sheet with wax paper .
* Bring sugar, milk, butter & cocoa to a boil in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then boil for 1 min. Removing from fire. Add rolled oats, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt, and stir to combine.
* Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheet and let stand at room temperature until cooled and set, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an container airtight for up to 3 days.
