*BUTTERMILK PIE*


*Ingredients:

°3 beaten eggs
°1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1 cup of sugar
°1 tablespoon cornstarch
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 cup melted and cooled butter
°1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

*Methods 

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until thick and well blended.
Blend sugar, cornstarch also salt.
Add the melted butter to the sugar mixture and mix until well blended.
Add the butter/sugar mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake 55 minutes (your time may be different, depends on the oven).
Let the pie cool.
